Valentines Day - Montville - 14th Feb 2022

We decided we needed to take a break for a day from getting all of our Doctor lodgements made before we headed off on the 21st.

So after some research we found Misty Cottages in Montville. Prepared to allow us one night.

We arrived, spoke to Shell (awesome, full of beans), looked at the view and immediately extended for another night.

Given we were short on time we had also ordered various hampers:

• A Welcome Hamper which provided an amazing lunch with a complimentary bottle of wine from a local vineyard;

• A Seafood Hamper for dinner. Fabulous local produce and more than enough for us both;

• Breakfast Hamper was included with each night. Frankly could have fed a dozen!

The Cottage was exquisite. Light Jazz music on entry. Fully equipped EVERYTHING.

We spend two days here reading, chatting, laughing, no music, no TV, no internet.... listened to the rain, watched the mist roll in and out, entertained by birds and frogs.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. On our bucket list to return. And so close to Brisbane.
